1 cup whole, raw milk from pastured, healthy cows
Stevia to taste
2 raw, pastured eggs
1 TBSP. Cod Liver Oil from Carlson (high in Omega 3)
Organic frozen or fresh blueberries (about ½ cup. They are a great antioxidant)
Add all ingredients (except the eggs) and blend until smooth. You can add ice if you like it colder.
Add the eggs at the end and blend slightly until they are mixed in. (Over blending the eggs denatures the protein.)
